Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 4, 2015 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Kelly Services working on-site at Baker Hughes Incorporated,
Claremore, Oklahoma.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,954) which expires
on July 29, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
