investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 19, 2015 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Magnetation LLC, Plant 2, Bovey, Minnesota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-86,083A) which expires
on September 16, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
