Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 4, 2015 by the International Chemical Workers Union
Council (ICWU), Local 143c, on behalf of workers of Pfizer - Pearl
River, Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Division, including workers
whose wages were reported through Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (FEIN
numbers: 13-5315170 and 13-0450890), including on-site leased
workers from Atrium Staffing and VisionIT, Pearl River, New York
(herein known as "Pfizer").
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,809) which expires
on February 27, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
