Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on October 7, 2015 by three workers on behalf of
workers of Covidien LP, Mansfield, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,640) which
expires on March 7, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
