an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 7, 2015 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers

Chicago, Illinois (TA-W-91,032) and Motorola Mobility, LLC,
Plantation, Florida (TA-W-91,032A).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,023A & TA-W-
91,023D respectively) which expires on March 14, 2018.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
