Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 6, 2015 by an American Job Center on behalf of workers of
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., including on-site leased workers
from Volt and HCL America, Inc., Austin, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,728) which expires
on January 28, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
