Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 28, 2015 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of LexisNexis, AELPO Team, including workers whose unemployment
insurance (UI) wages are reported through Matthew Bender,
(LexisNexis) and including on-site leased workers from Populus
Group and Linium Consulting, Albany, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,137A) which expires
on October 16, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
