Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on September 28, 2015 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Amsco Limited, Cranston, Rhode Island.
Workers at the subject firm are engaged in activities related to
the production of base metal and fashion jewelry.
The petitioner and company official did not provide
sufficient information to enable the Department to proceed with
the investigation. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
