Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 28, 2015 by a state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, a subsidiary of
Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Midrange Server Services Division,
Plano, Texas.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an existing
certification (TA-W-90,303; expires April 7, 2018). Further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose; therefore, the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
