Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 25, 2015 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, Overland Park,
Kansas. The petition states that the subject workers were
separated in November 2014 and worked on “projects” on client
sites in Overland Park, Kansas (possibly Ericsson and Sprint).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed are
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance benefits under
TA-W-82,557D (Ericsson Inc., Wireless Core Group, Overland Park,
Kansas; expired April 2, 2015). Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
