Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 25, 2015 by the United Steel Workers, Local 13-1, on
behalf of workers of U.S. Steel Oilwell Services, LLC, Offshore
Operations-Houston, Houston, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,753A) which
expires on February 10, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
