Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 23, 2015, by the United Steel Workers, Local 13-1, on
behalf of workers of U.S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc., Tubular
Processing Houston Operations, a subsidiary of United States
Steel Corporation, Houston, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,753) which expires
on February 10, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
