Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 24, 2015 by company official on behalf of workers of Arvato
Digital Services, Reno, Nevada.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition (filed by the State of Nevada) is a duplicate
(photocopy) of an earlier petition (dated August 25, 2014) which
the original petitioner had withdrawn. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
