an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 24, 2015 by three workers on behalf of workers of Brown
Brothers Harriman & Co., New York, New York.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioners did not file a petition within one year of
separation from the subject firm. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
