Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 7, 2015, by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Boise White Paper, LLC, a subsidiary of Boise, Inc., including
workers reporting wages under Boise Paper Holdings, LLC and on-
site leased workers from Bartlett & Associates, International
Falls, Minnesota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,617) which expires
on February 22, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
