Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 4, 2015 by the United Steel Workers (USW), Local 5668, on
behalf of workers of Century Aluminum of West Virginia, Inc.,
Ravenswood, West Virginia.
The petitioning group of workers are eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under an existing certification (TA-W-
90,184A; expires February 12, 2018). Further investigation in this
case would serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
