Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2015 by a company official on behalf of workers of SSAC
(Solid State Advanced Controls), a subsidiary Of Littelfuse, Inc.,
Baldwinsville, New York. The subject worker group includes on-site
leased workers from Adecco, Carr Recruiting Solutions (CNY
Outsourcing Company), and First Choice.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
