Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on June
15, 2015 by an American Job Center in the State of California on
behalf of workers of National Electronics Warranty/Asurion,
Sterling, Virginia.
Pursuant to 29 CFR 90.17(e)(1), workers separated more than one
year before the date of the petition are excluded from coverage of
certification. Worker separations occurred in February 2014 and the
petition is dated June 1, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
