Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 9, 2015 behalf of workers of Airboss Defense Inc., Milton,
Vermont. The petition was filed by two workers.
The petition has been deemed invalid. Worker-filed petitions
must be filed by a group of workers. 29 CFR 90.2 states "group
means three or more workers in a firm or an appropriate subdivision
thereof." Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
