Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on June
2, 2015, by the American Western Pulp and Paper Workers (AWPPW),
Local 153, on behalf of workers of Longview Fibre Paper and
Packaging, Inc., DBA KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation, Mill
Division, a subsidiary of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation,
Longview, Washington. The workers are engaged in activates related
to production of unbleached paper, unbleached containerboard and
pulp. The worker group includes on-site leased workers from Express
Employment Professionals, Resources Global Professionals, Launch Tech
Workforce Solutions, and Modis, Inc.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
