MEDCO/EXPRESS SCRIPTS
QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICAL GROUP
INCLUDING ON-SITE LEASED WORKERS FROM PRINCETON INFORMATION
FRANKLIN LAKES, NEW JERSEY

Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by the
State of New Jersey on June 2, 2015 on behalf of workers of
Medco/Express Scripts, Quality Assurance Technical Group, including
on-site leased workers from Princeton Information, Franklin Lakes,
New Jersey (Medco-QA Technical Group). The petition states "After
Express Scrips purchased Medco in 2012, they laid off workers . . .
In July 2014 they brought on twenty Indian H1B visa staff . . . ."
During the investigation, the Department contacted the
petitioner and the worker on whose behalf the petition was filed,
and reviewed the news article referenced in the petition.
The petition has been deemed invalid because there were fewer
than three workers in the Quality Assurance Technical Group at the
Franklin Lakes, New Jersey facility, per 29 CFR 90. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
Signed in Washington, D.C. this 5th day of April 2016.
