Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 1, 2015 by a state workforce agent on
behalf of workers of California Redwood Company, Brainard
Division, a subsidiary of Green Diamond Resource Company,
including on-site leased workers from Express Employment
Professionals and River City Staffing, Eureka, California.
The petitioning group of workers is eligible to apply
for Trade Adjustment Assistance under an existing
certification (TA-W-85,717A). Further investigation in this
case would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigationunder
this investigation has been terminated.
