Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 26, 2015 on behalf of workers of Goodman Networks, Inc., Core
Network Engineering (Deployment Engineering) Division, including
workers in the Core Network Engineering (Deployment Engineering)
Division in Alpharetta, Georgia, Hunt Valley, Maryland, Naperville,
Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri, who report to Plano, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-86,011-TA-W-86,011D)
which expires on March 2, 2018. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
