Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 15, 2015, by a company official on behalf of workers of IPSCO
Tubulars Inc., D/B/A TMK-IPSCO, Houston, Texas. The workers are
engaged in activates related to production of tubular goods.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
85,939C), which expires on October 8, 2017. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
