Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 7, 2015, by the United Steel Workers (USW), Local 1870, on
behalf of workers of IPSCO Tubulars (KY) Inc., Wilder, Kentucky.
The workers are engaged in activates related to production of
tubular goods.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
85,939B), which expires on October 8, 2017. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
