an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on

York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,857A) that expires
on August 1, 2015. Petition number TA-W-82,857 has been amended to
include workers from Rockwell Automation-Anorad, Finance
Division, East Setauket, New York (TA-W-82,857A). Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
