an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 27, 2015 on behalf of workers of IPSCO Koppel Tubulars, LLC,
Ambridge, Pennsylvania. The workers are engaged in activates
related to production of tubular goods.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
85,939A), which expires on October 8, 2017. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
