Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 24, 2015 by the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers (IBEW), Local 1206 and United Automobile Workers (UAW),
Local 1037 on behalf of workers of Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems,
LLC, a subsidiary of Meritor, Inc., Heath, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-83,027) which expires
on November 18, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
