Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition for Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on April 23, 2015 by a state
workforce official on behalf of workers of Hewlett Packard Company,
Technology & Operations, Sales Operations, AMS Sales Operations,
Lead to Order, Sales Services Support, including remote workers
from Arkansas, California, Massachusetts, and Texas, reporting to
Omaha, Nebraska.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for TAA under TA-W-83,035C (which expires on
September 12, 2015). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
