Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 17, 2015 on behalf of workers of Syncreon Technology
(America), Inc., Allentown, Pennsylvania, including on-site
leased workers from Express Employment Professionals.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,527) which expires
on September 9, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
