Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 17, 2015 by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers of
L.A. Darling Company, Piggott Division, a subsidiary of The
Marmon Group, Piggott, Arkansas.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
