Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 8, 2015 on behalf of workers of Dover Norris Company, Tulsa,
Oklahoma.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The investigation revealed that two of the three
petitioners are not separated or threatened with separation from
the subject firm. In order to be considered an affected worker
group, three petitioning workers must either be separated or be
under threat of separation. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
