Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 27, 2015 by a One-Stop Operator/Partner on behalf of
workers of Norwich Pharmaceutical, Inc., a subsidiary of Alvogen
Group, Norwich, New York. The worker group also includes on-site
workers of Staffworks and Aerotek Scientific.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
