Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 25, 2015 by a state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Hewlett Packard Company, Technology & Operations, Sales
Operations, WW Sales Transformation, Quote to Order, Quote and
Configuration, including remote workers from Arkansas, California,
Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Massachusetts, and Texas, and including
leased workers from Modis, Omaha, Nebraska.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-
83,035B (which expires on September 12, 2015). Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
