Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 9, 2015 by the United Steel Workers, Local 1013, on behalf
of workers of United States Steel Corporation, Fairfield, Alabama
(subject firm). The facility includes Fairfield Works-Flat Roll
Operations and Fairfield-Tubular Operations. The petition covers
all workers of the subject firm, including but not limited to
production, maintenance, repair, administrative support, safety,
and supply chain workers.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,286A) which
expires on July 2, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
