Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
State Workforce Official on January 21, 2015 on behalf of workers
of Logistics Resources, Inc., working on-site at Spirit
Aerosystems, Inc., Wichita, Kansas.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
83,044) that expires on October 18, 2015. That certification has
been amended to include workers of Logistics Resources, Inc.,
Adecco and LSI Staffing, working on-site at Spirit Aerosystems,
Inc., Wichita, Kansas. Therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
