Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 13, 2014 by a United Automotive Workers Representative,
Local 1892, on behalf of workers of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals,
St. Louis, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance under an
existing certification (TA-W-85,428) that expires on August 19,
2016. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
