Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 16, 2014 on behalf of workers of Tokyo Electron America,
Inc., Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The investigation revealed that the
subject worker group was working on-site at Intel Corporation,
Fab 11X Manufacturing Facility, Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,006) that expires
on March 7, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
