Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 4, 2014 by the State Workforce Office on behalf of
workers of Honeywell, Energy Auditing Group, Canton,
Massachusetts. The petition states that the workers perform
"energy auditing" and that the "company was not effected by
foreign competition. Energy auditing office closed due to lost
contract."
The petition has been deemed invalid because it does not
contain the required information, pursuant to 29 CFR 90.11(c).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
