Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
State Workforce Official on December 4, 2014 on behalf of workers
of Aerospace Logistic Services, working on-site at Textron, Inc.,
formerly known as Beechcraft Corporation, Wichita, Kansas.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
83,358A) that expires on May 6, 2016. That certification has been
amended to include workers of Aerospace Logistic Services, working
on-site at Textron, Inc., formerly known as Beechcraft Corporation,
Wichita, Kansas. Therefore, the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
