an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 2, 2014 by a worker on behalf of workers of Atmel
Corporation, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petitioner is not a One-Stop Operator/ Partner
but a single worker. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
