Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by
workers on November 28, 2014 on behalf of workers of SST Truck
Company, LLC, a Navistar, Inc. Company, Warehouse and
Distribution, including on-site leased workers from ODW Contract
Services, Garland, Texas.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
82,679) that expires on June 21, 2015. That certification has
been amended to include workers of SST Truck Company, LLC, a
Navistar, Inc. Company, Warehouse and Distribution, including on-
site leased workers from ODW Contract Services, Garland, Texas.
Therefore, the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
