Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 25, 2014 by the State of Maine on behalf of workers of
Pamco Machine Company, Lewiston, Maine. The workers produce
machines used to make/repair shoes.
The State of Maine has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
