Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 20, 2014 by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
Local 175 on behalf of workers of SMC Electrical Products, Inc., a
subsidiary of Becker Mining America, Inc., including on-site leased
workers from Bristol Computer Services and Kelly Services, Delta,
Colorado.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,483A) that expires
on September 25, 2016. That certification was amended on December
8, 2014 to include workers of SMC Electrical Products, Inc., a
subsidiary of Becker Mining America, Inc., including on-site leased
workers from Bristol Computer Services and Kelly Services, Delta,
Colorado. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
