Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 18, 2014 by a State Workforce Official, on behalf of
workers of Mahar Tool Supply, Inc., working on-site at Borg
Warner Torque Transfer System, Inc., Longview, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance under an
existing certification (TA-W-85,447) that expires on August 15,
2016. That certification was amended on November 25, 2014 to
include on-site leased workers of Mahar Tool Supply, Inc.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
