Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
company official on November 12, 2014 on behalf of workers of
RobertShaw, a subsidiary of Sun Capital Partners, including on-site
leased workers from Penmac and CDI, West Plains, Missouri. The
workers' firm is engaged in activities related to the production of
valves for appliances.
The subject workers are eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under an existing certification (TA-W-85,596A) which
expires November 17, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
