Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on October 14, 2014 on behalf of the workers of
Echelon Furniture, a division of Munrie Furniture, Gas City,
Indiana (subject firm). The petition states that the
petitioner is an official of the subject firm and that the
subject firm closed on September 19, 2014.
At the time the petition was filed, the petitioner was
neither a company official, a representative of a certified or
recognized union, nor a duly authorized representative of the
worker group (such as a state workforce representative).
Consequently, the petition is invalid and the investigation has
been terminated.
