Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 30, 2014 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc., Independence, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,475H) that expires
on August 26, 2016. TA-W-85,475 was amended on October 23, 2014 to
include workers from Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc., Independence,
Missouri (TA-W-85,475H). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
