an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 29, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Air System Components, Inc., Ponca City, Oklahoma. The
investigation also included on-site leased workers from Express
Employment Professionals.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
