amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on September 8, 2014 by a company official on behalf of
workers of Swisher International, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida. The
workers are engaged in activities related to the production of
cigars.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
81,839) which expires on November 9, 2014. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
